These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of Prashnavatika ("we", "us", "our"), an AI-powered Vedic astrology consultation service delivered over WhatsApp and described on this website (prashnavatika.com). By using the service or making a payment, you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

Prashnavatika provides astrology readings generated as follows: your birth details (date, time, and place of birth) are used to compute your Vedic birth chart with a deterministic ephemeris engine (Lahiri ayanamsa); an AI system then interprets that computed chart, grounded in classical Jyotisha rules, to produce a written reading and, on applicable tiers, an interactive question-and-answer session. The service is available in Hindi, English, and Hinglish.

Prashnavatika is an AI service. Readings are generated by artificial intelligence, not by a human astrologer. We disclose this everywhere and never represent otherwise.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use the service. By using the service you confirm that you are 18 or older and legally capable of entering into a contract.

3. Tiers, pricing, and payment

• Kundli (Free): your computed birth chart — chart wheels, planetary placements, nakshatra, and Vimshottari dasha table — with no interpretation.
• Snapshot (₹99): the Kundli plus an approximately 3-page written interpretation including a brief answer to your question.
• Purna (₹499): a full 10–15 page written report answering your question in depth, plus a 30-minute interactive Q&A window in the same chat.
• Upgrade: Snapshot buyers may upgrade to Purna within 7 days of purchase for ₹400, with the ₹99 already paid credited in full.

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are exclusive of 18% GST, which is added at checkout (Snapshot ₹99 + GST = ₹116.82; Purna ₹499 + GST = ₹588.82; the ₹400 upgrade is likewise plus GST). Payments are processed by Razorpay; we do not collect or store your card, UPI, or bank credentials. A paid consultation begins only after the payment is confirmed by our payment processor.

4. Delivery

The service is entirely digital. Reports and charts are delivered in your WhatsApp chat, typically within minutes of intake completion (see our Shipping & Delivery Policy). The 30-minute Q&A window (Purna) opens when your report is delivered and runs continuously for 30 minutes.

5. Refunds and cancellation

Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

6. Important disclaimer — nature of astrological guidance

Astrology readings are provided for informational, spiritual, and personal-reflection purposes only. They are not predictions of certain outcomes and are not a substitute for professional advice of any kind — including medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice. You should not make significant life decisions based solely on a reading. For any medical, legal, or financial matter, consult a qualified professional.

We do not guarantee any particular outcome, benefit, or accuracy of interpretation, and readings must not be relied upon as statements of fact about future events.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service — including attempting to extract the underlying systems, submitting another person's birth details without their consent, using the service for any unlawful purpose, or harassing or abusing the service in chat. We may decline or terminate service for misuse, with a refund of any undelivered paid consultation.

8. Your content and our content

You retain rights to the information you share with us. Reports, charts, and kundli images delivered to you are yours to keep and share for personal, non-commercial use. The service's software, prompts, rules corpus, branding, and website content remain our property.

9. Privacy

Our collection and use of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid for the specific consultation giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, or for decisions you take based on a reading.

11. Third-party platforms

The service is delivered over WhatsApp, operated by Meta Platforms, Inc. Your use of WhatsApp is subject to WhatsApp's own terms and privacy policy. Service availability may be affected by outages of WhatsApp, our payment processor, or our infrastructure providers; where a paid consultation cannot be delivered, our refund policy applies.

12. Changes to the service or these Terms

We may update the service, pricing, and these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page and apply to purchases made after posting. The Terms in force at the time of your purchase govern that purchase.

13. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts of competent jurisdiction in India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms or the service.
